As the night heats up, our professional Mariachi band will take the stage, bringing their authentic instruments and over a decade of performance experience to add to the festive atmosphere.

6.00PM: Doors open with a warm welcome and a complimentary drink to get you in the festive mood! It's okay to arrive up to 7:30 pm if you're coming straight from work.
6.30PM - 8.30PM: Feast on Hermanos Taco House's mouthwatering Tacos al Pastor, a delicious blend of succulent pork shoulder seasoned with achiote and guajiro chilli, served with onion, coriander, and a slice of pineapple. Food service is between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, but latest arrival is 7.30pm.
7.30PM: Embark on a Tequila and Mezcal tasting journey that will take you through the rich heritage, cultural significance, and unique flavours of these two famous Mexican spirits. Get ready to taste some of the finest Tequilas and Mezcals in the market!
8.30PM: The party kicks into high gear as our professional Mariachi band takes the stage, filling the room with the authentic sounds and rhythms of Mexico.
10.00PM: Last call for drinks! Savour the final moments of the night with a refreshing beverage in hand.
